We loved the housekeeping staff who did an excellent job every day of keeping our room clean and tidy. the location is great for nature lovers who want a peaceful environment, surrounded by green landscapes. the friendly staff at the front desk made for a hassle, free check, in and check, out experience.

We did find that communication was challenging as several staff members did not speak English.

The hotel entrance was hidden behind a large building, which made it hard to find. the hotel was somewhat out of the way, but taxis or ride-sharing services were available.

I really didn't like the fact that the staff couldn't speak English and couldn't issue normal invoices. It made it difficult to understand everything they said, especially when things like payment options were concerned.
